LBT is an aerobic class that combines cardio and strength training. We will focus on legs, glutes and abs. This class can help burn fat, improve cardiovascular health and build strength.

Bootcamp is a high intensity class involving weights and cardio. It’s fast paced and strenuous, expect to get sweaty! It will include a variety of exercises from weightlifting, bodyweight movements, plyometrics to cardiovascular endurance. Bootcamp will help build strength, improve cardiovascular fitness and burn fat.

These Pilates classes are suitable for all ages and abilities focussing on mind-body exercise that aims to lengthen, strengthen and stretch.
The deep abdominal muscles, lower back and buttocks – collectively the ‘powerhouse’ – serve as the centre of all movement, allowing the rest of the body to move more freely. The balance between strength, flexibility and control of all muscle groups results in a leaner, stronger and more balanced body allowing you to move through life with power, control and efficiency.
From alleviating PMS, supporting your body through pregnancy, managing menopause and aiding post-partum recovery, Pilates is essential in every stage of a woman’s life.
Our Strength Class for Women is designed for women of all ages and fitness levels, offering a welcoming environment to build strength, boost confidence, and improve overall fitness. Whether you’re new to strength training or an experienced athlete, this class is tailored to help you reach your goals, with exercises that are adaptable to every fitness ability.
In this class, you’ll engage in full-body strength training using a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises. The focus is on developing muscle strength, improving bone density, and enhancing functional fitness—helping you feel stronger in everyday activities.

Stretch is a low intensity class dedicated to improving flexibility, range of motion, and overall muscle and joint health. The class will work on controlled deep stretching that helps participants release any tension, prevent injuries and promote relaxation.

Power Pilates is a more dynamic, intense version of traditional Pilates, designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. It incorporates the same principles as classic Pilates—focused on controlled movements, proper alignment, and core engagement—but with a greater emphasis on building muscle and increasing the intensity of the workout.

This class is suitable for people who have taken part in Pilates before, know the techniques and wants something more challenging,  however do not worry if that’s not you as we do also have a classic Pilates class for beginners and less experienced members. 

The workout is designed to improve posture, flexibility, and coordination, while also helping to tone and sculpt muscles. It’s ideal for individuals who want a full-body workout that combines the precision of Pilates with the intensity of strength training and cardio. Power Pilates can be adapted to suit different fitness levels, though it’s generally more challenging than traditional Pilates.

Meditative Yoga and Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing and restorative class that combines mindful yoga practice with the healing power of sound. The class usually starts with gentle, slow-paced yoga poses (asanas) focused on relaxation, deep stretching, and breathwork. The goal is to calm the mind, release tension from the body, and prepare for a meditative state.

This type of class is ideal for those seeking stress relief, mental clarity, and a calming, restorative experience. It’s especially beneficial for anyone looking to reconnect with their inner peace and unwind after a busy or challenging day. Meditative Yoga and Sound Baths are often practiced in a dimly lit, quiet environment to enhance the tranquil atmosphere.

Breathwork is a class focused on mindfully changing your breathing patterns to bring relaxation, increase lung capacity and improve physical performance. 

You will be guided through various breathwork practices and techniques in a dimly lit, quiet environment with a tranquil atmosphere. 

The goal is to reduce stress, improve and maintain both mental and physical health. Breathwork calms the nervous system bringing a sense of deep inner peace, calmness and relaxation to body and mind.
