Hi I’m Chloe, I have been in the fitness industry now for 10 years. Practicing how movement and strength training can help with everyday life to build confidence within, to become stronger with everyday tasks and to feel healthier from the inside out. It’s of paramount importance that fitness is a huge part of me and I want to share how it changed my life with those around me. Gabrielle Coope

Yoga Instructor
Hi I’m Gabrielle, I have a background in ballet and dance, trainings in Ashtanga/ Vinyasa/Pranayama/Yoga Somatics, and am a Forest Bathing guide. I am mid-way through a Contemporary Mat Pilates Teacher training with Move Union and describe movement as my medicine. In my yoga class you will be guided to focus on your breath and flow through a series of postures to release tension and connect back towards your unconditioned Self. I describe my practice as fluid, intuitive and joyful.

Hi I’m Jasmin and I am a Pilates instructor, nutritionist and massage therapist. With over 10 years experience, my passion is to help you to improve your health holistically. I have always been an active individual, competing regularly in dance competitions growing up and participating in any sport I could! After completely my degree in Nutrition for Health, I felt drawn to broaden my knowledge and learn about the use of movement as medicine and quickly fell in love with Pilates! Mindful movement, connecting to breathe and having a killer workout all in one- what more could I want! 😍 My classical mat Pilates classes are a fun and judgement-free space that aims to support you both physically and mentally!
