This class combines the core-strengthening and flexibility-focused movements of traditional Pilates with the added intensity of heat, creating an extra challenge for both the body and mind.
In this class, you’ll engage in low-impact, full-body exercises designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance posture. The heat encourages deeper muscle activation, increased circulation, and promotes detoxification through sweating.

This class is designed to tone, tighten, and sculpt your lower body and core while the heat adds an extra layer of intensity, making every movement more effective.

Stretch is a low intensity class dedicated to improving flexibility, range of motion, and overall muscle and joint health. The class will work on controlled deep stretching that helps participants release any tension, prevent injuries and promote relaxation.

This heated yoga class will challenge your body and mind as you flow through dynamic poses in a warm environment. The heat helps deepen your stretches, enhance flexibility, and detoxify the body, while promoting strength and mental focus throughout the practice.
